1. FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT COMPANY (PMA) ESTABLISHMENT PACKAGE
Establish your own company in Indonesia with your name as foreigner or your company’s name (foreign company) as shareholders. This is the best way to have your investment in Indonesia. Minimum issued capital in amount of IDR 2,500,000,000.- (equal to USD 200,000) is mandatory and a business plan with minimum investment value in amount of IDR 10,000,000,000.- (equal to USD 800,000) is required. The business field of the Company will subject to Indonesia negative list of investment.
The package includes:
- NIB (Primary Business Registration Number)*
- Investment Registration – Included in NIB;
- Deed of Incorporation of the Company;
- Legalization as Indonesian Legal Entity from Ministry of Law of Indonesia;
- Letter of Domicile (SKDP);
- Tax Registration Number (NPWP);
- Company Registration Evidence (TDP) – Included in NIB;
- Permanent Business License For Trading & General Service Company*
- Importer Registration Number (API) – Included in NIB
- Custom Registration Number – Included in NIB
The package excludes:
- Virtual or Serviced Office (services are offered separately)
- Permanent Business License for Non-Trading and Non-General Service Company*
Remarks:
- All documents above will be completed within +/- 60 working days (upon the complete and correct documents received by us).
- The above licenses & permit mentioned in the above package shall be sufficient to generally start your business in Indonesia as Foreign Direct Investment Company. However more specific business license and/or special permit may be required for some special business field.
- 50% Advance Payment must be paid to us by the signing of the Deed of Incorporation of the New Company, balance payment will be paid upon our completion of the above documents of the New Company.

2. LOCAL COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT PACKAGE
All local shareholders are mandatory. Foreign Director and/or Foreign Commissioner is allowed, subject to regulation of the Business Field of the Company.
The package includes:
- Deed of Incorporation of the Company;
- Legalization as Indonesian Legal Entity from Ministry of Law of Indonesia;
- Letter of Domicile (SKDP);
- NIB (Primary Business Registration Number)*
- Tax Registration Number (NPWP);
- General Trading Business License (SIUP); and
- Company Registration Evidence (TDP) – Included in NIB;
- Importer Registration Number (API) – Included in NIB;
- Custom Access Number – Included in NIB.
The package excludes:
- Virtual or Serviced Office (services are offered separately)
Remarks:
- All documents above will be completed within +/- 30 working days (upon the complete and correct documents received by us and the signing of Deed of Incorporation of the New Company).
- The above licenses & permit mentioned in the above package shall be sufficient to generally start your business in Indonesia as Local Company. However more specific business license and/or special permit may be required for some special business field.

5. INDONESIAN TRADEMARK REGISTRATION SERVICES
Trademark registration by Corporindo performs by our experienced trademark consultant and registered in Directorate General of Intelectual Property Right – Ministry of Law to assure the registration procedures comply with applicable law in Indonesia. Corporindo also provides free consultation on which product classification(s) you need to register to protect your product or services.
